Problem: It’s frickin impossible to find a paleo dressing that is creamy. Solution: This dressing is zesty and creamy and would sub really well for a caesar salad or in place of mayo in a pasta salad recipe.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon basil/oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
Combine ingredients in small bowl and whisk till combined. Serve right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
