This super rainy and hot summer has been making my herbs grow like crazy! Am I alone here? Does anyone else have an absurd amount of herbs right now?!
Here’s a super simple and delish way to put some of those excess herbs to use.
Spread this herbed butter on toast, slather on mashed potatoes or grilled asparagus, or anything, really.

Ingredients:
1/2 stick organic salted butter (can sub 1/4-1/2 cup ghee to make suitable for paleo)
1/2 cup fresh basil, rosemary, oregano finely chopped
pinch of salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Soften butter at room temp approx. 30 mins or until soft enough to smush with a fork.
2. Place butter in a small dish and mix in herbs, s&p to taste.
3. Serve right away or chill covered until 10 mins before serving.
