Blueberry & Lemon Poppyseed Sorbet

Apparently making fruit sorbet at home in INSANELY easy. This blueberry sorbet only uses a few simple ingredients and is all-natural, paleo, vegan, gluten-free, etc. It’s so sweet and tangy, naturally. What’s not to love about that?



2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ripe banana, frozen & peeled
2 teaspoons poppyseeds
2-3 tablespoons water

Allow banana to thaw slightly and peel.
Place banana, blueberries, poppyseeds, and lemon juice in food processor or blender and pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If sorbet is lumpy or choppy, add water 1 tablespoon at a time and pulse. Finished product should be nice and smooth.
Spread sorbet into parchment-lined dish and place in freezer until ready to enjoy.
Before serving, allow to set at room temp for a few minutes or until scoop-able.
