Coconut Milk Fudge Pops (paleo/vegan)

These pops are srsly delicious and easy to make. Forget buying fudge pops that are filled with who knows what when you can make your own with all natural, yummy ingredients.

Hope you enjoy this super simple treat!

Coconut Milk Fudge Pops

Tools Needed:
4 regular sized popsicle mold OR make mini-pops using an ice cube tray and popsicle sticks :)

1 can full fat coconut milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (add more/less to taste)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
(optional: < 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips)

Dump all ingredients in high-powered blender and pulse until combined. Dab a finger and see if you think it needs more/less cocoa or honey – everybody has different preferences on their fudge pops. Adjust to taste and then pour into your popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until frozen. Enjoy!
