Coconut Milk Fudge Pops

Tools Needed:
4 regular sized popsicle mold OR make mini-pops using an ice cube tray and popsicle sticks :)

Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (add more/less to taste)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
(optional: < 1/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips)

Instructions:
Dump all ingredients in high-powered blender and pulse until combined. Dab a finger and see if you think it needs more/less cocoa or honey – everybody has different preferences on their fudge pops. Adjust to taste and then pour into your popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until frozen. Enjoy!
